KC-005 Rosewood Kitchen Knife

This knife was made using natural Rosewood for the handle.  Rosewood is known because it is a beautiful wood, but it is also a premium wood with excellent durability.  The blade is clad in stainless steel to protect against rust however the exposed carbon steel core (at the cutting edge) is susceptible to rust, so as with any good quality knife,  Do not leave wet on the bench or the knife may rust.
